Raven is a user friendly laptop based sales tool for field sales representatives, in-house customer service operators and customers. Raven completely interfaces with your host computer system.

It features a user-friendly graphical interface that works well with Windows 98, NT, or XP Pro. Raven is simple, flexible, and versatile. Modules include: Order Entry & Communications, Sales Prospecting and Quoting, Recipe Analysis, Inventory Control, and E-mail.

Installing Raven is easy. As part of the purchasing agreement, DMS customizes Raven according to each distributor's expectations through a series of administrative switches. DMS professionals provide training and operator support. Raven software is so user friendly, even beginners will learn to use it quickly. For added assurance, Raven software includes built-in technical support for simple, step-by step problem solving. Raven is Flexible

Raven consists of a series of software modules with features specific to certain applications. Distributors have the option to purchase modules separately or as a package, depending on their individual needs, budget, hardware considerations and comfort levels. Raven is Secure

Raven interfaces with Windows 2000 Server Remote Access Server software for authentication. Based on your needs, the server can control access times, resources available, and data encryption.

Users can be forced to comply with caller ID requirements, or other security measures. This can allow only known phone numbers to dial in.

Users can use password authentication, Certificate Services, or Smart Card technology (including biometric readers) to secure access to your system.

Raven can be as secure as you need it to be.

Raven Portability

Raven is compatible with Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 Pro and XP Pro.

It can be run on desktops or laptops, in client-server or application server mode. It can even be run across a LAN or WAN via Internet Explorer.

Connectivity

Raven will be able to connect to your corporate system via the internet, ethernet, wireless, or modem.

Raven interfaces seamlessly with Eagle and Falcon systems, but can also work with other back-office management information systems.
